1About these terms
These Website Terms of Use govern your use of the BIA website at www.brokerinstituteofaustralia.com.au (the "Website") and any free content, lead magnet, webinar, podcast, social media channel, blog or community page operated by Broker Institute of Australia ("BIA", "we", "us", "our").
These terms apply to you whether or not you are a paying Student. If you have purchased the Broker Institute of Australia Program, the BIA Service Agreement and the BIA Terms and Conditions also apply and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

2Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

You may access and view content on the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share short excerpts with attribution back to BIA. You must not:

- use Website content as training data, fine-tuning data or evaluation material for any artificial intelligence or machine learning system;

"Broker Institute of Australia" and "BIA" are unregistered or registered trade marks of Flint Trademark Pty Ltd ACN 683 224 697 as trustee for the Broker Institute of Australia Trading Trust ABN 72 514 173 255 and may not be used without permission.
6User-submitted content (comments, posts, questions)
If you submit any content to the Website (including blog comments, questions, reviews or community posts), you:
- warrant that you own or have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any third-party right or law;
- grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, communicate to the public and use it for any purpose connected with our business; and
- acknowledge that we may, but are not required to, moderate, edit or remove your submission at any time.
We do not endorse user-submitted content. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not responsible for any user-submitted content.

9Free downloads, webinars and lead magnets
If we offer a free download, webinar, masterclass, mini-course or other lead magnet, the same disclaimer position applies. We may use the contact information you provide for marketing communications in accordance with the BIA Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
10Availability and changes
We do not warrant that the Website will be available without interruption or free from defects. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the Website at any time without notice. We may amend these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind suffered by you or any other person arising out of your use of, or reliance on, the Website. Where the ACL applies, our liability is limited as set out in the BIA Terms and Conditions.
12Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted or modified.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
